1. We will never pitch our business before understanding yours. All consulting engagements begin with an exploratory phone call, completely free of charge & commitment.

2. We’ll review your needs and if we believe Story Arc Consulting is the solution, we’ll present a tailored plan of attack including different options, objectives, timelines, and fees.

3. We’ll walk you through our thoughts, incorporate your feedback, and finalize our strategy, while also finding a contract style that fits your needs. Possible contract structures outlined below.

By Project – Specific objective or deliverable with agreed upon time-schedule and outcome

By Hour – Hourly commitment for a day or week or spread out over the course of months or quarters

Retainer – Negotiated monthly, quarterly, or annual agreement guaranteeing Story Arc Consulting support upon request

Media Management – Percentage of digital media investment managed by Story Arc Consulting on your behalf
